At Fit For Life, I work with all ages, but specialize in helping adults 40+ who want to feel strong, capable, and at ease in their bodies again, without punishment, burnout, or living in the gym.

I’m Ashaman Gray, a licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer, and teacher of bodywork and movement, with over 20 years of international experience.

I’ve worked with professional athletes, seniors maintaining independence, and people at all stages of recovery and change.

My work is calm, precise, and health-focused, supporting the body’s ability to grow stronger, more resilient, and more at ease over time.
